Put speed governor into hole as the photo, and lock screw.
- Connection method
- Single-direction rotation
- Forward and reverse rotation
The rotation direction chooses cord to connect L and FWD port when it leaves factory. The motor rotates clockwise. If it wants to make motor rotate anticlockwise, only need to connect cord to REW port. If it needs forward and reverse rotation, then choose switch SW2 in FWD, REV connection direction.
Remark: Model WS-L can choose panel buttons to control positive forward and reverse rotation, or manual connects the panel to control.
When motor stops to run, power off SW3. Power-losing brakes and keep loading. It cannot power off SW3 when motor operates normally. Or motor and power-losing brake will be burnout.
- Notes: B1, B2 are power on, power-losing electromagnetism brakes. Brake power switch has to synchronize with motor speed governing switch.
- Running operation
Connect governor and motor as the diagram, then power on AC power and SW3.Power-lossing brake is power on, electromagnetic brake is disabled. Meanwhile switch the power to RUN, the motor starts running.
Motor revolving speed increased, motor adjustment range is:
50Hz: 90~1300r/min; 60Hz: 90~1600r/min
Switch the power to STOP, motor stops.
Remark: This switch is not power switch. Please set power switch if the motor stops to run for a long time.
